Conservation programs ($24 billion in the House version, $15 billion in the Senate)
Public transporation ($13b House, $8.5b Senate)
Power lines – $6.5b
Smart grid development – $4.5b
Large scall wind project tax breaks – $13b
Large-scale renewable project tax breaks – $11b
Home energy conservation tax breaks – $4.3b
