California to cut greenhouse gas emissions 25% by 2020

The big story yesterday was an agreement by the California Republican Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and the California Legislature to cut by 25% the amount of greenhouse gases emitted from Calif refineries, power plants, and manufacturers by 2020. While it still hasn’t been enacted into law, final approval is expected.
