Nissan Altima Hybrid - Great Deal?
By MB-BigB | January 30, 2007
Nissan today announced their pricing for the new 2007 Nissan Altima Hybrid, which is the company’s first hybrid car.
Nissan priced the Altima Hybrid $1,800 less than the comparable Toyota Camry Hybrid, and according to this blog entry from Wired Autopia, the payback period for the hybrid over the regular Altima is between 3.5 and 4 years, depending on the price of gas. The hybrid even has more power than the non-hybrid version, and is rated at 42 city/36 highway mpg.
