Companies cutting back on speed to save fuel

Investors Business Daily has an interesting article in which they describe the ways that delivery companies are saving fuel. From ships cutting their speeds from 28 knots to 22 knots to UPS changing its drivers’ routes to avoid left turns (and therefore idling the engine while waiting to turn left), companies are looking at lots of innovative ways to save fuel.
