Toyota delays launch of next-gen Prius hybrid

By MB-BigB | June 15, 2007

Well, sort of. Since Toyota never really announced when the next generation Prius would be launched, its hard to really say that it’s been delayed. But most industry watchers figured that Toyota would rollout the next version of the Prius by late 2008. Now those industry watchers are saying the new Prius will hit the street in the spring of 2009, according to the industrial daily Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun.
